Cow Milk – 5 tbsp
Cow milk Curd -4 tbsp
Liquid jaggery-3 tbsp (if not avaible then use sugar)
Cow milk Ghee -2 tbsp
(It should be consumed every day, preferably in the morning, on an empty stomach)
*Properties of ingredients:
1.Milk is a complete food in itself with calcium & other basic nutrients. Cow milk has medicinal properties.
2.Curd is rich source of lactobacillus the healthy bacteria for the stomach & digestion system
3.Ghee is source of lubrication of joints & other body systems.
4.Honey is rich source of anti oxidants and de-toxicants
5.Jaggery is rich in iron, calcium.
