But celebrations & gatherings always bring extra eating, late night parties, lack of the exercise regime.
So here are few tips to help you detox and get back to work!
1)Start your day with minimum 11 Surya Namaskaras.
2)Do more of calorie burning pranayama like kapalbhati in exercise schedule.
3)Take brisk small walks as when schedule allows.
4)Make use of stairs more avoiding lifts.
5)Drink following juices
6) Have combination of one spoon of desi cow ghee with half spoon of lemon juice to clean your intestines from oils.
7)Reduce consumption of tea-coffee than usual count.
8)Drink milk in flavours you like to get rid of acidity!
