  1. Being active can reduce your risk of developing heart disease by a lot. It is proved great mood booster and stress buster.

  2. Manage a balanced & consistent weight.

  3. Eat lot of fibres in meals. (Approximately 30-35gm/day) found in fruits, salads, whole grains & legumes.

  4. Choose lower unsaturated fat quality in oil, milk and other dairy products.

  5. Cut down on salt intake. Never add extra salt from above on cooked food.

  6. Avoid packaged food with preservatives.

  7. Cut down on Alcohol intake!
