1)Start Your day with Yoga and exercises to increase the stamina nd reduce fatigue day round.

2)Have ample amounts of fluids the day round, like natural juices and lots of water.

4)Keep cool tissues handy in your bag.

5)Wear natural fabrics which soak the sweat, that helps to stay away from body odors and skin rashes.

6)Use a good spf sun screen to save your skin from harmful UV rays.

7)Use good quality goggles when out in Sun.

8)Wear cotton scarf/cap to cover your head.

9)Avoid travelling from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm which is the hottest time of the day.

10) Jal mudra helps to restore water balance in body and avoids dehydration. It can be done at any time of the day.
