1. BEING CRITICAL OF EVERYTHING:Stop constantly passing negative remarks on self & everything around. Try to look for good & worth learning things around.

2. COMPARING YOURSELF WITH OTHERS: Stop comparing your life with others trying to run someone else’s race.Do what nourishes your life with more meaning.

3. NOT MOVING FORWARD: Stop sticking to problems and issues that are already existing. Plan how to come out of them and act accordingly.

4. HIDING ISSUES AWAY FROM PLAIN VIEW:Stop running away from mistakes done. Take the responsibility of your mistake, rectify it and move confidently.

5. MAKING A HUGE FUSS ABOUT THINGS: Stop making a fuss of every small event happening around. Don’t waste more than 5 minutes on anything if it wont matter you after 5 years!

6. CRIBBING: Stop complaining about the bad things in life all the time. Talk good & attract more good.

7. NEGATIVITY: Stop being cynical towards everything around. Start looking for the silver lining in the clouds.

8. VICTIMIZING SELF: Stop considering yourself as a victim of the situations. Remember its only You who can change things for You.
