1. Stretch your body! Like you do in morning on bed.
2. Get up from your chair and take a stroll
3. Back in chair, deep breathe for 3 minutes
4. Give a soft massage to palms
5. Try gentle acupressure on forehead.
6. Do calming pranayama or meditate for some time
7. Listen to your favourite music
8. Talk to your friend and make him an ear bag, discuss something positive & productive.
9. Eat something sweet snack or slurp some honey
10. Spend some time alone thinking or visualizing about things that make you happy.
