1)No liquid calories. Cut out all liquid calories, including soda, alcohol and added sugar/cream in your coffee.

2)Drink water all day long at an interval of 45 minutes.

3) Have sugarless fresh natural juices every 2 hours.

4) Eat at least 30 grams of protein with every meal.

5) Limit carbohydrate intake. Limit carbohydrate-rich foods to less than a hundred grams per meal

6) Fill up on vegetables. Include non-starchy vegetables with every meal.

7) Include healthy natural supplements intake day round.

8) After an interval of one hour- Stretch your hands & legs. Stretch your fingers & toes. Move your neck. Bend your body. And now deep breathe-For 2 minutes. In every breath- inhale for 3 seconds and exhale for 3 seconds.
